Rhododendrons

The Rhododendron is an evergreen flowering shrub with clusters of bell-shaped flowers. There are more than thirty species of rhododendron in Nepal, with dozens of varieties in all sizes and colours. One of these species, Rhododendron arboreum ("Rose Tree" in English and "Lali Guras" in the vernacular), is the national flower of Nepal.
